Over the years, SME has proved to be a reliable consultant for CoconoPhillips Company, Red Willow, Red Cedar, Atmos Energy, Kinder Morgan, Samson Resources, Petrox Resources, and others to ensure gas and oil projects proceed in compliance with all NEPA and Colorado stormwater pollution prevention requirements. We have consulted on the Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, and National Historic Preservation Act. SME can assist with developing Best Management Practices tailored to each project’s specific needs.
