The US Environmental Protection Agency and Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment require that asbestos inspections are performed by a certificed asbestos inspector. SME employs one of the few State and Federally Certified Asbestos Inspectors on the Western Slope.
SME has over six years of asbestos inspection experience, and conducts asbestos inspections on any scale–from large multiple-unit commercial buildings to small residential and commercial remodels and demolitions. Inspection reports are tailored to adhere to regulatory criteria and provide a usable document to assist in subsequent abatement projects and worker health and safety plans.
